We have a very dynamic youth program: Bible study, Food, Games, Sports events.
On most Fridays we meet together for organised activities – a time of laughter and friendship. We may hang out together at our church building, our meeting place, where there’s a pool table, air hockey, table football, music, table-tennis and lots of space to chill out or run around if you need to! We often go out on road-trips, from bowling alleys to restaurants, from the beach to the hills of Surrey or even a BBQ or games around town. The aim is to get to know each other and build friendships while having lots of fun. At the end of each night we have a talk from the Bible, discovering more about who Jesus is and how the whole Bible points to him, and what that means for us today.
On Sundays we join the evening service at Oakhall Church for a table based discussion night. Afterwards we gather together for snacks and drinks, and we chat more about what we heard that night. We aim to be fun and engaging, while at the same time taking seriously the truth of the Bible. It’s a safe place where we can question things and delve into matters that concern us.
On Wednesday nights we meet as a small group to study the Bible and chat about how we can grow in our relationship with Jesus. We also spend time praying for each other and would love to be able to pray for you in any way we can.
We’d love to have you join us and become part of the community of young people at Oakhall.
